#BeanSuperFans unite, we are always on the looking for a part time/full time team member.
Requirements:
1. Experience (or aptitude for) working in a high paced foodservice establishment. This means you work fast and think faster. You understand the balance between doing good work and doing it quickly. You also understand that three seconds is an eternity to someone who is waiting for coffee and late for work.
2. You move like a food service professional: That means you move like you are dancing on hot coals. You hit the ground running and wide awake, ready to jump into battle before you even arrive at work.
Personality:
Your coworkers, employer, and family, refer to you as energetic, generous, kind, and hospitable. Hospitality is our focus and BittyBean team members are our ambassadors. You’re not afraid to speak up about things out of place or unusual.
We will provide a great place to work but it’s your job to come to work ready to make everyone else’s day better.
Compensation:
Hourly: probationary, apprentice, journeyman, master, fixture.
